Charge Module E


The Charge Module E (CME) is a compact charge module for AC and DC charging stations, real-time capable with a compact footprint and ready-to-use to support a wide range of high-level charging protocols, including those compliant with DIN 70121, ISO 15118-2 and ISO 15118-20 standards for electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).

It also adds PWM generation and monitoring CP and PP states according to SAE J1772 and IEC 61851.

This versatile solution also incorporates smart charging functionalities such as Plug and Charge (PnC), Powerline Communication (PLC), DC Fast Charging and Bidirectional charging with an embedded software stack. 

By mapping these protocols to a simple CAN or UART interface, the CME enables seamless integration with your host-controller, allowing your charger to be easily extended with comprehensive smart charging capabilities.

Real-Time Operating System

By seamlessly executing DIN70121 and ISO15118 communication in real-time, the module ensures efficient and reliable communication between the EV and your SECC.

Ready for bidirectional charging

Utilization of the latest communication protocols, making it fully prepared for ISO15118-20 for bidirectional charging and further features of the standard.
