Charge Control V

The Charge Control V (CCV) is a modern dual-gun EVSE controller for high-performance-chargers (HPCs) based on our proven Charge SOM.

It combines two CCS ports with a safety co-processor and native support for high-resolution displays and plenty of universal IO.

The CCV simplifies the architecture of DC charging solutions, shortens time-to-market, and reduces the effort and costs for lifecycle management. The charging controller can be used for new designs as well as a drop-in replacement for outdated control solutions. Developed and manufactured in Germany.

The CCV is in pre-series status, samples can be pre-ordered immediately.

Powerful hardware for a streamlined charger architecture

The Charge Control V comes with a powerful iMX93 processor with universal compatibility, advanced safety and even GPU rendering capabilities empowering virtually any charging application.

Based on EVerest for world-class interoperability

The CCV represents the worlds first HPC controller based on EVerest, that seamlessly integrates any hardware interface for a plug-and-play experience. The EVerest-based Board Support Package provides full support for ISO 15118-20 (and lower) and OCPP 2.1.0 (and lower).

No vendor lock-in

Firmware maintenance is included in the price of the charging controller. The open firmware architecture allows to retain full control over the software including modifications and extensions to the firmware stack.

For new developments and as a drop-in replacement

The CCV was designed for use in all CCS-based charging solutions and can be integrated plug-and-play into existing and new charging solutions. The feature-rich hardware and open firmware radically lowers Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
