Das sind deine Aufgaben
Du gestaltest unseren Vertrieb aktiv mit und verantwortest dein eigenes Kundenportfolio. Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:
Betreuung und Ausbau unserer Bestandskunden sowie Akquise neuer Partner
Strukturierte, vorausschauende Nutzung unseres CRM-Systems als zentrale Grundlage für Pipeline-Management, präzises Forecasting und transparente Kundenkommunikation
Verantwortung für den kompletten Vertriebsprozess – von der ersten Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
Analyse und Steuerung deiner Vertriebsaktivitäten anhand klar definierter KPIs
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Produktmanagement und Auftragsabwicklung
Das bringst du mit
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb / Account Management sowie sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Sales)
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder vergleichbar
Ausgeprägte technische Affinität und Erfahrung bzw. starkes Interesse im Bereich Elektromobilität
Strukturierte, organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise; versierter Umgang mit KPIs und digitalen Tools (z. B. Outlook, Teams, Power BI)
Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick in deutscher und englischer Sprache
